Manufacturing Apps assets can't connect Kepware

Hello,

 

I installed manufacturing apps trial and import simulation data succesfully and I did 2 guides about manufacturing apps, Controls and Asset advisor but now I have a problem because Kepware is connected with Thingworx but I can't see data simulation in my assets. I checked log and I saw this error:

 

An Invalid Property Value Was Sent To [PTC.MfgSegment.Kepware_Simulator-GW Property: [StoredUpdateCount]

 

 

Do you know how to solve this issue?

Hi @ljam ,

 

This error occurs when Store and Forward is enabled in KEPServerEX / ThingWorx Kepware Server / ThingWorx Industiral Connectivity(TWIC).

 

We have a workaround for this which is mentioned in the following article
