Not able to get the operator advisor extension for thingworx 8.4!!!

I am not getting any extension file for operator advisor. please guide me for the same.

ThingWorx Operator Advisor is under ThingWorx Platform on the PTC Software download portal.

In case if it is not visible to you, you might be not entitled for this product and need to reach out your sales representative.
