property quality: unknown in Industrial Connections

Are your Industrial Connection and Remote Thing displayed as connected ? (green logo next to their names) ?

Is the User associated with the Application Key you are using to connect to OPC Aggregator an Administrator ? If not, please try to add this User to the Administrators UserGroup to see if it makes a difference. If it does you can then remove Administrators UserGroup but will need to add the permissions detailed in the following article : How to configure permission for KEPServerEX/ThingWorx Industrial Connectivity when using a non-Administrator Application Key on ThingWorx Platform.
