Question

RTPPM Total Production value increasing when tag reset

RTPPM Production Quantity attribute is linked to machine's consumed tag. This tag value can be reset by the operators during shift change or any other reason. When tag value s reset, Total Production Quantity increases by 9999999, which is "TagResetValue" of  "ProductionByTagAndTime_AttributeProperties" property. How can I prevent this?

Also when I enter a MaximumMachineRate value, Production Value never increases. That's why I'm not using it.

Hi @oaslan , the TagResetValue setting is optional for production tags that always reset at a specific overflow. In the use case described above you want to set the TagResetValue to 0 (zero). Please find more information in the ThingWorx Apps Help Center .

Hi @oaslan

I wanted to check if HK's answer solved your issue. Or if you found another solution (if so, please share it here!). Or if this is still an active issue.
