ThingWorx Applications 10.2 landing page is blank after successful CWC installation
Hi Team,
I have installed ThingWorx Platform 10.2 and Connected Work Cell (CWC) 10.2. The CWC installation completed successfully, and all required extensions were imported successfully.
However, when I open the ThingWorx Applications landing page, the header and All Applications (9-square) icon are displayed, but the landing page is completely blank. None of the expected application tiles/icons are displayed.
I have verified the following:
- CWC installation completed successfully.
- CWC extensions were imported successfully.
- The COREUI landing page and Master Container mashups are present.
- PTC.FSU.COREUI.MenuConfiguration.MasterContainer_EP loads successfully.
- The All Applications icon is visible, but clicking it does not display any applications.
- I am testing with the Administrator user.
- Administrator is already a member of PTC.CWC.Default_UG.
- Browser Network requests checked during page load are returning HTTP 200.
- The landing page itself remains blank.
When I checked the Session section in Mashup Builder, UserMessage was not available.
Could you please advise what could cause the ThingWorx Applications landing page/application tiles to remain blank after a successful CWC 10.2 installation?
Specifically, I would like to confirm:
- Which user groups/permissions are required to access the CWC landing-page tiles?
- Is any additional COREUI/CWC menu configuration required after installation?
- Should UserMessage be available as a session variable by default, and could its absence be related to the blank landing page?
- Is there any post-installation configuration or validation required before the CWC application tiles become available?
