Trending and Troubleshooting READ only for a custom role

Question

We would also like to provide read-only access to the Trending and Troubleshooting app.
One idea is to deny the "Design Time - Read" permission on the mashups used for creating and editing the trends.  When the user clicks the "plus" button in the app, it gives them a message saying they are "not authorized for Read."  This doesn't affect the "Delete" ability though; I'm still looking into that.

As this is a custom user role/group item, it would be best if you created a case with the ThingWorx platform team as we have defined user groups in Mfg Apps.
