When "Thingworx SCO Utilities Subscription" license is required?

I'm wondering when "Thingworx SCO Utilities Subscription" license is required?

I can't find any detail explanation on this license.

If customer want to manage IoT platform as central hub providing supply chain data from multiple sources (ERP, MES, LIMS...), should I add this license?

The SCO Utilities Subscription license is for use of PTC Manufacturing Apps / Operator Advisor.
