Why is Controls advisor not available?

I installed the MFG Apps but when I open the applicattion on the browser I only see the Asset and Production Advisor Tiles. How can I enable the Controls Advisor Tile?

It was a licensing problem. Once I uploaded the correct license to C:\PTC\ThingWorxManufacturingApps\ThingworxPlatform the Controls Advisor was available.
