Workflow Builder - installation fails - PTC.FactoryConsole.DataTable : Invalid format: "permanent"

Hello 

 

I have set up Thingworx environment with Manufacturing Apps and installation went fine.

However after adding Wokflow Builder - Console log fails to display

and I have message in logs

[message: Unable to Invoke Service QueryDataTableEntriesLocalized on PTC.FactoryConsole.DataTable : Invalid format: "permanent"]

 

For me it looks like the problem is that I have in CurenntLicenseInfo

As a expiration date

 

Did anyone encountered that issue ?

Hi @Radek ,

 

Can you please share your license file, application logs and the exact version of ThingWorx, Manufacturing apps and workflow builder to look into this further.

I have the same issue:

 

Previously was in Manufacturing App 8.3

Decide to completely reinstall Manufacturing App 8.4 (download demo version) and generate license file based on new ID.

 

Start ok but no tiles in application and the same error than Radek occur.

 

Can you help ?

Hi @BFO ,

 

It seems there is a conflict between manufacturing apps and utilities tiles.

Can you please uncheck/set the values to false of PTC.BusinessProcessEditor and PTC.BusinessProcessManager TileMashuporURL from PTC.FactoryConsole.DataTable or any custom datatable if you are using.

This will hide tiles from manufacturing console. If you want to use this you can use PTC.ConvergeConsole mashup as these are part of this.
