Adding description to Restricted value

I have a restricted value that if selected I would like for it to populate the description field in the parameter file, highlighted in yellow.

I think there is missing some context information for that question .    “parameter file”  is e.g. unknown to me (in the context of Creo Element/Direct Modeling) 

Overall I assume it is a Windchill Question / Issue  (based on that Screen shot) ..   but you have send your posting in the Creo Element/Direct Modeling sub forum / “Channel” .   May be think about the right forum again, Michael?
