Annotation: Move views

Hi~

When you do "move views" command, you have to move cursor onto another view 1 or 2 second to display auxiliary line in 19.0 version.

It's not so conveniently.

Is there a setting adjustment to make display all auxiliary line? As before 13.1 version.
