why when I start Creo Elements/Direct Modeling Express 8.0 in Italian, the window to activate the SW that was activated at installation appears?

Why does it have to be activated each time with the temporary use key for 72 hours?

Why is the Italian version of Creo Elements/Direct Modeling Express 8.0 no longer available for download, only the English version exists?
