License issue with Creo Elements Express 8.0

I have installed Creo Elements Express 8.0 and when I try to launch it, appears this message:

I have an account in PTC.com but I don´t know where to set it.

During the installation with the InstallShield wizard, did you get this step:

"In the Activation window, enter your PTC.com account email address and password"

No, I didn´t get the Activation window.

Maybe you should re-install Modeling Express to get this window.
