Then I have assemblies with mechanism constrains, Creo wants to check out the components then I drag it.
Are there any config options to set, or any things to do. So the components didn't get an update in the workspace?

The option you want is allow_drag_read_only_models=yes. This will allow you to drag models without checkout but you are still prompted and need to hit cancel on the pop up that appears.
