Refresh browser when switch application "Annotation" - "SolidDesigner"

Hello to everybody,

When you switch application from Annotation to SolidDesigner the browser start to refresh the list for many time... ( 7 or 8 or more )

This cause many lost time to regenerete the list of parts/Assembly you have in your project.
On some computers this operation is very slow and we do not understand what can be the cause. We have installed the suggest graphical drivers and certificated by PTC but the problems remains....

We have change also the list using show/hidden detail but the problem is the times that the system refresh this list.... Someone has some ideas how to solve this problem?

Now I have understood where the problem is.
We have a customization for integration with PDM... when you have active it on browser it become slow... very slow...
I have delete it with this command
(oli:sd-delete-browser-view "ECSPDM") and the computer now is quicly.
