Windchill Attribute from Modeling to Annotation

I'm currently setting up CED to work with our Windchill setup. While I have successfully set up the tree browser to show and pass attributes to the Workgroup manager, I'm having no such luck with passing those along to the Annotation module. By manually copy/pasting the values through the attributes menu in the Workgroup manager, we are able to fill in our title block in Annotation. 

My question now is, if it is possible to somehow pass the attribute values from Modeling to the title block in Annotation without manually having to copy/paste the values in the Workgroup manager?
