First day of Spring is just a week away!   I already lost power once this morning.  But, for those that don't get to experience the white, fluffy stuff....enjoy these photos!  The beauty of it is still amazing...even though we are getting tired of shoveling out 🙂  

I was reading an "awareness days calendar" online recently looking to see besides Women's History Month what other delightful special events or recognition days were listed for March.  Did you know that besides March being National Caffeine Awareness Month  (Bring on the coffee!!), it is also Umbrella Month (probably to remind us in the Northeast USA about April Showers coming next month...it really does pour!)  It is also  International Listening Awareness Month and National Reading Month.....what a better time to highlight our moderators who are busy reading every post that comes into the PTC Community!  We have had numerous Technical Support employees help out in this role (whom we have truly appreciated), and now we have three permanent moderators!   Meet the Moderators of the PTC Community!  In order of tenure here at PTC,    @vnamboodheri   @anursingh      Tenure at PTC:  11 Years Role:  T

Big dose of winter last night - 7-8" of fresh heavy slushy snow. Everything looks beautiful, like giant white pipe cleaners.     Never trust an atom, they make up everything.   I got a lot of the engineering questions in my exam wrong because I used the wrong pencil. I guess it wasn't 2B.   Why didn't Anakin Skywalker become an engineer? He couldn't get a Master's degree.

Just got a dose of winter again yesterday. Most of the schools around here are celebrating a snow day. Enjoy any extra moments that you are able to get this weekend.     

Eagles or Chiefs......   Chiefs or Eagles..... I am going with the commercials for the win. Although last year they bombed out.     Once, I saw a man singing on top of a cliff. He had great potential.   The only thing I can say about numbers which aren't divisible by two is that they're odd.   That joke was sodium funny that I slapped my neon that one.

Hey, what happened to January?!   Happy February. By the way, for those engineers that are paying attention, Valentine's Day is coming. Just a gentle reminder.   If you are mad about Punxsutawney Phil seeing his shadow (six more weeks of winter), then this week is for you.     What's the difference between a mad engineer and a mad scientist?   The mad engineer builds an efficient, well-designed death ray and destroys the world in one blow.   The mad scientist builds his death ray and divides the world into three randomized groups: an experimental group to be killed, a control group to be spared and a group that is told they are dead to account for the placebo effect.

It's already the last Friday in January. Going to get another dose of winter this weekend, but before you know it spring will start springing.     The uniform beam wobbles a lot, so you'll often need to give it a moment.   Protons are very cheerful, they're so positive.

However, since Santa does not visit children of Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, or Buddhist religions, this reduces the workload for Christmas night to 15% of the total, or 378 million (according to the Population Reference Bureau). At an average (census) rate of 3.5 children per household, that comes to 108 million homes, presuming that there is at least one good child in each. Santa has about 31 hours of Christmas to work with, thanks to the different time zones and the rotation of the earth, assuming he travels east to west (which seems logical).
