3d Model Annotation MBD

3D model annotation Visibility is controlled through two different things:

• Home >> Display >> Filters >> Model annotations >> select Planar, Screen & Floating annotations check box and apply to active or all views. 
• Annotation visibility is also controlled through view states. so to view a complete MBD View, activate view state from Primary Panel >> Viewables tab and double click a view state.
