Add support for search in and Open in Creo Illustrate from Windchill

When PTC dropped the support for the Creo Illustrate Workgroup Manager, there is no support for searching for GDD (Illustration Source) and nor for the C3DI file from the Creo Illustrate application. When importing a GDD from Windchill, the user needs to navigate the folders in the Products/Libraries to find it. Many companies have a lot of Products/Libraries (in some cases hundreds of them). Also, when opening an existing C3DI file, the user needs to browse the folder structure in Windchill from Creo Illustrate to open it. 

I propose adding functionality to search for and import GDDs from Windchill inside Creo Illustrate and also add support for "Open in Creo Illustrate" from Windchill in the same way as we can select "Open in Creo View".
