annotations are missing

Last week I made several annotations in one of my Creoview representations.  I saved them.

I know I saved them because I closed out of the program and got back to them the next day.

Now, I open the Creoview representation and I do see any annotations.

What might have happened to them?  I didn't o anything to erase them.

The drawing is going through an approval loop in Windchill, could that have affected the annotation set?
