API toolkil license

Hi!

 

I' installing connector for 3DExperience and I have a problem with license of pro\E. it is "Unable to locate a valid pro\Toolkit license or "Creo Elements/Pro TOOLKIT Customization Kit API" license. Please check ypur license server, using ptcstatus.bat, to unsure it is up and running."

 

When I run ptcstatus.bat, it indicates that server is up. And all installed application is working fine.

 

I hopefor your help.

Hi,

open you license file in Notepad and search the work Toolkit. If you will not find it, then you do not have such license - try to ask your PTC VAR.
