Assembly fails to publish

Hello all,

 

I am facing the problem to publish some assemblies. 

 

Error - Timeout Error 

 

I gone through with some of the article for the same issue and troubleshooted by increasing the time from 3600 secs to 7200 - 10800 secs in WVS.properties file. But still assembly is failing with the same error. We are using monolithic environment and have 2 creo worker. 

What can i do to publish the assemblies succesfully.

Any help would be much appreciated.

 

Windchill Version - 12.0.2.7

Creo Version - 8

How many required objects are in the assembly?  Can you open master rep in client side of Creo Parametric and use save as -> PVZ?

Another check that we always do is to open the file in Creo Parametric make make sure that it opens without any human interaction needed. If it gets a pop up for some type of human interaction, then the same thing will happen on the CAD Worker , thus causing a timeout error.
