Attributes on Assembly Level

Is there a way to place annotations on the model, where the annotations are attributes of the top level Assembly model.

I know it is possible to do this at part level but cannot seem to add attribute annotations at assembly level.

Any ideas?

The only way to do this currently is to combine all parts in the assembly in structure edit.

You can then add an annotation at the top assembly level.
