Auto Scale catalog items in Schematics

Is it possible to adjust the scale factor of the catalog items with respect to the sheet size? 

For example, I have created a block shape with A3 as the sheet template, Now If I wish to insert the same block into another sheet of different size, for ex A1, the block appears to be small. If there is any option to add a parameter which scales up / down according the sheet size, that would alleviate the manual task of creating the blocks for different sizes. 

Please help me.
