Automation Studio Dxf importation into Isodraw

Does anyone else have Automation Studio and Isodraw? I would like to use the dxf files from this program and place them into isodraw, but all I get is errors. It works to import from SE or other cad programs. I believe it has to do something with how the file is being formated.

Can provide some of ".dxf" file from Automation Studio for example?

We just got it solved today. It seems that there program did not like the fact that I had a comma in the layer naming. When export to dxf they were alwayys corrupt.
