Currently, if you go under "Creo Modeling Questions" instead of "Additional Creo Questions", there is a label for Piping and Cabling.    But if you want to post a question in Piping and Cabling, you have to Start a Question from within "Creo Modeling Questions", so that you can pick the Label "Piping and Cabling".    

Need some clean up here by web managers.

Should also have "Start a question" available while you are in the Label.   And that should be the default Label, when you start the question.
