Can i export the animations created in Creo Illustrate in to PDF format with customized template?

I have created an animation in Creo Illustrate 2.0. It can be exported it in to PDF format and so animations can be viewed in Adobe reader.

Here i would like to export animation in customized template with details. Is it possible?
