Cannot open .asm file in Creo Illustrate

Hi,

if i try to import an .asm file in creo illustrate, nothing happens. If i try it again it says "you already have imported this file"

I converted this file from Solidworks - it can be opened in Creo Parametric just fine - why not in Illustrate?

Any suggestions?
