Creating manuals in creo illustrate

Hello,

I am relatively new to Creo illustrate and I wanted to ask for a guide to creating manuals (lets say I created a figure and now I want to display the figure and the respective sBOM in a manual format) since I saw that the software has the capability to do so. Also, I heard you can export it as 3D pdf or Jpeg is there a more optimal way or a standard protocol when creating manuals using Creo illustrate?

Thank you.
