Creo Illustrate 3.0 Installation Error

I am encountering an error when trying to install Creo Illustrate 3.0. Please see attached screenshot for the error window. I have also attached the error log. Please reply with questions or possible solutions.

Hi,

Q1:

Did you unzip downloaded zip file -AND- then run setup.vbs ?

Q2:

Did you launch installation as Administrator ?

Yes, I have unzipped and then run the setup.

Some programs I can right click on and run as administrator. I do not see that option for this one.

Hi,

I think you can open Command Prompt window as Administrator and run setup command from this window.

Can you attach this log file "pvinst_illustrate.log" to the message? Also you can open a new "Case" for PTC's technical support about this issue here: https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/case/case_logger.jsp
