Creo Illustrate 3.1 M010 stability

Hi, I was hoping to see if anyone has seen an increase in the amount of exits (crashing) and hanging graphics with the most recent release?

Both customers and our users have noticed a significant rise in these events. We are working with certified hardware as far as we can tell... are there any top tips or recommendations for better stability?

Lastly is there a scheduled date for M020

My short experience of 3.1 M010 is that it has not crashed on me (yet) working with a model that crashed 3.0 M030 several times. Studying documentation on PTC.COM reveals no 3.1 M020 but a 4.0 F000 I Dec 2016.
