Creo Illustrate performance issue

Hi,

 

I experienced issue with Creo Illustrate 6.1, where the model loading is very slow and the graphic is severely impaired. Below is the screenshot of the model when being selected in Creo Illustrate.

The model is of .FBX format and of 9.47MB.

 

I've verified that my OpenGL library version is greater than 1.1. My server spec is 16GB for RAM, and have sufficient space (60GB available). OS is Windows 10 64 bit. CPU is quad-core. Other information is as follow:

What could be the issue here?

I think the best action would be to contact tech support so they can investigate the behavior more thoroughly.
