Creo View 2 publishing for office files...

We have recently moved to Creo 2 so I have updated our Creo View publishing. I have publishing working just fine on Creo Parametric. The problem is the office docs. I have one VM to pub both Creo and office. It is a 32-bit system. It has the correct Acrobat. I can also command line publish files fine. When I look at the publish job summary it just hangs at publishing document. I have turned on verbose and looked at the log files and have found no error messages.
