Creo View Find "Match whole word only" is greyed out

Does anyone know why the "Match whole word only" option would be greyed out in the Creo View Find tool? I am unable to find a setting to turn that on. I am using Creo View Lite.

Solution: open Acrobat, edit preferences...Select Security (Enhanced)...Clear Enable Protected Mode at Startup...Click OK.

I should have been more specific. I am searching a drawing rather than a model. I'm wanting to find an exact text string within the various drawing annotations.
