CreoView Express Blank Black Screen

Hi,

I am using PTC Windchil and after selecting the model i wish to view and manipulate from Windchil, CreoView just opens as a black screen. It was working fine on the friday and yesterday the problem appeared.HELP!!. Thanks in advance.

on the viewables panel on the left, did you check the box next to the model name?

Can you post a snapshot of the screen?

Hi, Thanks for the response.

Regards a screenshot, there is nothing to show. It was a window that was black. Everything has been done as per it previously working last Friday so i know it is not a check box issue.

Having investigated this further our IT people found something corrupt in my browser that they have fixed and re-installed Creo again and everything seems to be working fine now.

That said i do appreciate your response, so thank you for getting in touch, it is nice to know there are other sources of help and not just the software help centers.
