Does anyone have experience with both of these? I am looking to find some pros/cons of each.

Chris,

It all depends on what you plan is for down stream.
Creo View w/ PDMLink - Design Coolaberation, Design Review, Mark-ups

You can now use Creo Illustrate to create rich technical instructions (full 3d or 2d vector formats like CGM etc ) directly from your 3d cad data, and use Creo View to deliver these illustrations directly to end user. Illustrate can also generate 3d PDF but pdf isn't as rich a format so has limitations. Also not maintained by Adobe anymore
