Custom callout with "adding spaces"?

Hello all, I try to customize our callouts in CreoIllustrate to show attritbutes from the parts/asms, I am struggeling with adding spaces inbeetween text and the attribute. The space at the red line in the picture is always missing. XML Code also in the pictures Any ideas? Thanks for the help, Marc
