Deflection on circular geometry

Hello,

I supposed a radial deflection of 0,15 [mm] for each arc of these two device;

I obtained the the stress of device with 3 arc is Greater then the stress of device with 4 arc..

I'm not sure of this results..

To define the radial deflection I had used a relative frame XYZ, not absolute WCS;
Is it possibile calculate the force at costraints with the relative frame XYZ?
