Edit sBOM?

How do you edit the sBOM (i.e., move items up or down the list, move items into or out of assemblies, etc.)? The on-line help doesn't help!

Tools>Edit Structure allows you to Rename, delete parts insert a new node and move parts in the hierarchy.
