Exporting shaded 2D figures to a vector graphic

Hello all,

maybe it has been ask many times, and for all I know, it seems not possible. But at least I will also ask for it:

Is it possible to export a shaded 2d figure (e.g. in the attachment) to a shaded vector graphic?

Or, to ask another question:
Does anyone in the forum use Creo Illustrate to create illustrations and then finally convert them into vector graphics? And if so, which method or tools do you use?
