How to add this VB into Creo view

Creo View and Creo Parametric are very different software programs. The API's for Creo Parametric are not applicable to Creo View. Creo View has a different set of API's (JavaToolkit (requires a developer license), WebToolkit (Javascript), and OfficeToolkit (VB)), but I haven't figured out how to use them. Not sure if WebToolkit or the OfficeToolkit requires a license. There seems to be very little info available for them online.

I can't seem to find any recent Creo View developer guides available online. Here's an old Java Toolkit Developer Guide for Creo View 2.0 that someone posted on the Creo View community. Hopefully the newer guides would be available if you install the Creo View Toolkits as shown on page 12 of the PDF.
