I'm having trouble defining tooltips for general navigation

I'd like to do what the help says and specify my tooltip to be the following but i can't make it bring DESCRIPTION up. Any idea what is wrong with this syntax?

<PROE Parameters.DESCRIPTION.Value>

Chris,

I don't think there's anything wrong with the syntax; it looks like you have stumbled on an issue with Creo Illustrate. Please can you log a case with Tech Support for this.

While entering the info into tech support it appears there is an SPR 2212227 for this for M010 apparently it’s corrected in M020 .

Hopefully that release will be coming soon.
