Labels and cross references

Hi!

I'm new using Creo Schematics and I'm having a few problems in my self-training (We've never used this software before at our company).

Now I'm able to create ports, fibers, blocks, variable groups and fixed groups.

My problem now it's that I don't know how to reference a coil with a NO/NC contact and with a group of contacts. I also would like to now how to put a contact and a coil in different sheets and have them well indexed.

I found an example but I couldn't figure out how it was created:
