Launching Creo Illustrate

Hi,
when i am launching Creo Illustrate 8.1 the startup menu appears as normal. But when i click start nothing happens (Window gets closed). However, if i use an server with the license, it works fine.

I also installed it on my backup pc and there it works fine with the file. So what i am doing wrong on my laptop? I have installed it for other people with exactly the same steps and it works just fine, but not on my device.

 

I searched for a solution and found that you can generate a log file (also installed debug symbols accordingly to this post https://support.ptc.com/help/creo/illustrate/r9.1/en/index.html#page/creo_illustrate/install_config_guide/g_ttips.html#   (Debug Symbos & using variables in troubleshooting))

But i dont get smart out of it.

 

Tried Illustarte 9.0 also but same problem.

I would suggest contacting tech support, they should be able to troubleshoot the issue for you.
