Manifest is missing error Creo Illustrate 10.1

I am new to creo and the creo family of products. When I create a cdi from the pvz and attempt to save the illustration, create a mp4, etc., I get the manifest is missing error. I am working on a pvz on my desktop outside of plm to experiment with animations as my company is working towards adding animations to for our service techs. I found an older topic about deleting the cache to fix this error by going to %APPDATA%\pts\illustrate, but I cannot find this location in CREO 10. It has become frustrating as I put work into these animations and I basically am losing all my work.

Thanks in advance.
