PTC Creo View 3.0 issue

I have Creo View 3.0 installed. When I open a .prt file and I was trying to save a view as a image file. But the image file I got was nothing but totally black. I re-install Creo View, still have the same issue. And even if I print the view I print results I got is also black. Is there anyone know what's going on here? Thanks in advance.
