Where can I find the System Environment Variable in the Creo View runtime environment?

from windows start menu, select computer

from top menu bar of new window, select system properties

from the nav pane (left side) select advanced system settings

in the new window, under the advanced tab select the button environment variables

this is where you can manually create your environment variables.

This is usually accomplished using a batch or start up file
