TEXT FOR EXTRUDE & FILL SURFACE AND OFFSET EXPAND

Possibility to create text directly in the sketch of surface features like EXTRUDE , FILL and also for the OFFSET feature.

Actually we must do a curve sketch before and in the sketch of the surface feature, do a "Use Edge"....Sometime long...

...And we can't use a variable text from a parameter: if the text change, the "use edge" feature fail.

(need: a variable groove number on tools....)
