Transform and rotate elastic parts in CreoView MCAD

Is it possible to transform and rotate elastic objects(pipes, harness etc., which possess elastic behavior) using CreoView MCAD. 
They behave like rigid objects when they are transformed and rotated. Can someone please help me by letting know if this is possible using CreoView MCAD or can we split the elastic part into smaller sub parts and then transform/rotate them?
