UI Themeing (Ribbon, Navigation Pane, Status Bar, etc.) similar to Office 2016

I prefer to set all my applications to display as dark as possible to make them as easy on my eyes as I can.  Office 2016 is set to black, Visual Studio is set to dark, my Creo graphics window back ground is set to a dark color, but the surrounding window elements like the ribbon, navigation pane, status bar, etc. are all bright white or light gray.  I'd like to see themes implemented to darken these window elements.  I mostly use Parametric, but I'm assuming this is the same across all Creo apps.
